New Factions – New factions that are NEW factions and enemy lists or need to overwrite the faction lists above. Vanilla world edits go near the bottom due to Fallout 4’s Optimization System. This category is a hold-over from other games and is mostly deprecated as there less of handful of mod for Xbox One because file size is prohibitive. 
These are large, DLC-sized NEW worlds and include new NPCs, new quests, etc. New Landmasses – Ideally, these are already located in your masters.See the example mods in the Survival Guide or ask at the Parent Thread. Faction and AI Overhauls – Enemy level lists, faction level lists, AI packages – Choose only one.This is a new addition for 2020.) Plugins/patches for masters that are not affected by the following categories also will go here, such as the DLC patches for NAC. Master Files – These automatically jump to the top, sort them in the same order as everything else. The Survival Guide is designed as a supplement and teaching tool to the Framework with compiled info and example mod placement in a convenient Google document for easy searching. Use the Framework Template and organize yourself. The categories have origins from previous Bethesda titles, but they are tailored to the Fallout 4 experience. The Load Order Survival Framework is designed for all platforms – Xbox, PS4, and PC – using specific categories of like mods set out in a specific, indexed order. The Survival Guide was developed to help mod users survive Load Order Disorder like a true Vault Dweller. What is below will override what is above, and mods do not merge at runtime. Fallout 4 reads each plugin (mod) you download and keeps an index of it. To play with mods is to find mods that do not conflict and when conflicts happen, be able to manage those conflicts.
